ABOUT THE PARTNERS

Formerly known as Construction Emmanuel Crevier Inc., Crevier Mancini Construction Inc. was founded in 2003 by Emmanuel Crevier. Emmanuel is a highly skilled tradesperson and has mastered all aspects of construction from the ground up, accumulating over 25 years of experience.

Having established a successful drywall company with over 35 drywallers and plasterers, Emmanuel found himself growing increasingly dissatisfied with the quality of work being carried out by the general contractors on his own jobsites. Confident that he could deliver exceptional quality and ensure a smooth construction process for his clients, Emmanuel acquired his general contracting license in 2007.

Since 2007, Emmanuel has built mid to high-end custom homes, large commercial and industrial projects, interior fit-ups and more. As Emmanuel’s business continued to thrive, he partnered with Francesca Mancini. She has been in the construction and real estate development industry for over 15 years.

Francesca has worked for large General Contractors/Developers in the greater Montreal area and has been involved in all aspects of the business, from pre-construction, design, leasing, construction to property management. Being the liaison between clients and the construction team allows her to understand what is necessary to run a project smoothly from start to finish. Francesca has been involved in many industrial projects, office fit-ups and large commercial projects, building strong relationships with clients, professionals, and subtrades over the last 15 years. Francesca thrives on long lasting relationships with her clients and ensuring they are delivered a product that is not only satisfactory to them but exceeds their expectations.

Francesca’s vision for company growth has come to fruition through Crevier Mancini Leeswood Construction Inc.
