Our History

Formerly known as Construction Emmanuel Crevier Inc., Crevier Mancini Construction Inc. was founded in 2003 by Emmanuel Crevier, a highly skilled tradesperson with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.

After building a successful drywall company employing more than 35 drywallers and plasterers, Emmanuel became increasingly dissatisfied with the quality of work delivered by general contractors on his own jobsites. Determined to offer better, he obtained his general contracting license in 2007 and began managing full-scale construction projects—ranging from mid to high-end custom homes to large-scale commercial and industrial builds.

As the company grew, Emmanuel partnered with Francesca Mancini, a seasoned professional in construction and real estate development.

After decades of dedication and leadership, Emmanuel has officially retired, leaving behind a strong legacy of craftsmanship, integrity, and excellence. Today, the company is led by Francesca Mancini, who now serves as President.

Francesca Mancini brings over 18 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. Her expertise spans every facet of the construction process, including pre-construction, design, leasing, construction, and property management.

With a background in interior design, Francesca is known for her meticulous attention to detail—particularly in quality and finishing—always keeping her clients’ needs at the forefront. As a skilled liaison between clients and construction teams, she ensures that every project runs smoothly from inception to completion.

Her portfolio includes a wide range of industrial projects, office fit-ups, and large-scale commercial developments. Over the years, Francesca has built strong, lasting relationships with clients, professionals, and subtrades, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability.
